Is it possible to get signed up with a CPA (ewhore) without having to verify via phone or have a high volume traffic?

Yeah, I signed up for datinggold the other day but apparently their owner is out of the house, or they have this scripted 10 day wait.

The only possible things that would be questionable, is posing as someone your not, and making a deal (IE: contract) with someone and not falling through with it (IE: if you tell them, you do this, and I will do this).

In the real world, there is nothing that can be done.
