Ryan Eagle has defrauded his affiliates. It's time to band together and start working on a lawsuit. We are talking thousands of affiliates who have not gotten paid, while he kept the doors open and I believe money in his pocket. A lawsuit will lead to subpeona's, depositions, etc. The truth will come out.

The time is ripe. If we don't start now, then the momentum will die and nothing will come of it. I am not saying anyone will get even a penny of what is owed to them, but atleast the truth will be revealed, and more importantly, a message that we are not going to be fucked with.

Look up the word fasces and you'll know that there is strength in unity.

2/26/13 Update: Starting to gather people who EWA owes money to. First we'll get a list of names and $$ amounts, then we'll use a lawyer to send a letter demanding payment. If that fails we will then we will start a lawsuit.

+1. Yeah, that f#cker only paid 50% of US located affiliates, and almost none of international affiliates. His retard brother Kyle is another story.
I opened a thread few days ago. They said I should contact money debt recovery companies in ewa's located state, Ilionis. I have contacted a company, they asked me to provide a contract about ewa company, but I dont have that. So I stucked in that part.

It's great to see people care about this issue. I remember a while ago when I was just starting out on BHW, I asked, why do people take this shit? And people replied, "because they can".

Well, hopefully you guys can prove them wrong. Good luck, guys.

As you can see they are still accepting affiliates..

I was assured I would be paid, and have copies of their emails to me. How do I get on this list?

what do they charge?

i actually see their address in Florida on the website. Can they handle a NY case? I got some f'n company that is not paying either after 6 years of business.

UPDATE: I sent the affiliate company an email requesting payment on or before a certain date or I will have to pursue other options (which they know are legal. I got payment 2 hours later.) Just throw them legal language and see how it proceeds than 7 or 8 emails begging for payment
