this is actually one of the affiliates lawyers taking action while that thread was for the advertiser thingy...

looks like a law firm just chasing leads or they have one client and would like to make it fifty.

Im sure the guy was clever enough to structure his firm so that he was not personally liable for debts.

You only attempt to sue somebody if you are 100% sure they have money and can be held personally responsible otherwise move on.
