I will bombard his facebook page with link of this thread. Too many threads against EWA and blamads. Hope you will get your money soon.

Post in groups/ewanetwork/ I dont see any link to this thread.

Got an email from Ryan + SaymaEWA messaged me... Ryan said he would do his best to fix this problem, I really hope he does, but I heard the same thing last time. I will keep everybody updated, and will of course remove this thread from the shitlist if I actually get it resolved. I have never been so far down as I am now, my credit card is in Negative, this money would save a lots of trouble for me...

EWA owes me money from some past traffic as well. Ryan and his bed buddy's have done a fine job in driving their "private" network into the ground. When I ran traffic to them a few years ago their AM's were just laughably incompetent.

In related news, I heard Ryan and Vito Glazers just eloped to the south of France. I always thought they made a great couple.:knuddel: To each their own though I guess...

Hope you get your payment at some point OP.

I have a bout $300 that they owe me from April... I emailed payments at blamads.com and they say that they are not able to pay me and that I should contact someone else... if PAYMENTS at Blamads cant help me, I think I am helpless at this point.

Maybe 2000$ are very less for them to send :)) I know that people that make 1k+ daily get payments very fast

Yes may be but everybody cannot do 1k per day. I also have an EWA account but scared to drive traffic because of the payment delay problems. I've seen many people tell that they don't get payments. Some EWA agent should answer to this.

I haven't been paid since May 2012. Same bullshit emails like everyone else. It's sad...I worked hard to earn that money and they simply ignore and give the run arounds...there has got to be something we can do. message me, lets get something going...after all, there are strength in numbers correct?

yep , they owe me a payment since august 2012 , numerous shitty emails like that , all its gonna be sorted and shit but nothing.

I figured I would do a little update here...

Basicly Ryan responded (a bit suprised), telling me he wanted to solve the problem, nothing new for me...

Still, I am waiting for my payment, confirmation + replies. It just seems like he wants to drag it out longer(use more time) if you know what I mean...

Savy doesnt ever respond, well, look at this..

Thats the only reply ive gotten in december, still no money.. Or more information

I have now threathed them with legal actions, heres some of what I wrote..

We cannot work this out if you don't respond to my email. I cannot be
getting replies 1 week later every time I send you an email.

My dad has contacted his lawyer, and you will most likely
get his letter within next week, depending on the postal service you
have. I am ready to take legal actions, as I am sick and tired of
this. Ive been sent back and forth, been promised payout, replies.

People making over 1k daily get daily payments as far
as I know, thats why I dont understand the problem with sending $?

My thread about you guys not paying me has over 1,300 views(in 1 week)
on one forum. I am sure if it stays there any more, it will get a lot
of affs to reconsider joining you. I will delete that thread at
anytime when I actually can see the money you owe me on my bank
account. I understand that it may ruin a bit for you, but I cannot
just sit here, being promised payment every week, and dont get any.
Thats not how its suppose to work. Please see this situation through
my eyes, what would you do?

I dont have time to call you this week, so if you want to resolve this
the fastest way, please wire me my money. That's the only way it will
turn good for both of us.

At one point, then you realize you cannot pay affs, let them know.
Don't encourage them to send you more traffic.

Thats just some of it, other information I had to take away for various reasons..

Where are they located? If they are in the US, contact the Attorney General in their state. If enough people complain, they will get arrested.

Everyone do this.
File a complaint with the Attorney General in Illinois http://illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/filecomplaint.html
Tell the police in Skokie, IL where Blam ads is located that they are a fraudulent internet company that does not pay people for their work. http://www.skokie.org/pdmain.cfm

No point in filing complaint, IMHO. What if the police asks these people to prove if their own ads were compliant, clean, and true, and not misleading to the general public? If there is an answer to this then they stand a chance to show that only the company is a fraud... that's the hard reality.

by default affiliate ads are compliant, clean and true unless ewa/blameads can prove the otherwise

OP needs to contact a money collecting agency and get 75% of his fund in less than a month...
Find a money collecting agency in the same state as ewa/blame ads is located.

for some additional action you can hire some freelancer for around $50 to post this story in +20 different forums, scam watch communities and etc... cleaning the mess will cost them above $1000 and always they cant do it 100% clean.

I don't know much about laws but if they were aware of the non-clean ads then they are involved in fraud if they accepted the money from the advertiser. That's how I think it.

But too many complaints may actually help. You guys need to work together to bring them down.

That wouldn't happen. If the ads weren't compliant, Blam would have kicked the person out. The proof of fraud are emails of promises to pay that weren't followed through on. Attorney Generals love stuff like this and are all over it like bees on honey. The State gets money because outrageously high fines are imposed on businesses that don't follow through on their promises. It's either pay a fine or go to jail. The business almost always chooses to pay the fine. If the police are also involved, they'll go right in and seize computers and the business' assets are frozen until everyone is paid up. I've seen it happen. It's not pretty.
