I've tested my personal account too u used to get like 3k views per reel now it's as low as 10

My strategy is as follows:
1. Create a new account
2. Verify the account
3. Making sure that the username, bio and profilephoto is in correlation with the niche
4. Looking for fairly new viral videos in the niche
5. Editing the video with a white border (may help, may not, not sure yet). Also adding an engaging text such as "Did not expect this ". I'm also using hashtags recommended by a site related to my niche.
6. When the first reel is placed I start to follow around 100 people that follow an account that is popular in my niche to get some followers (I do this over a span over 3 days)
7. Last step is literally keep posting everyday, keep finding videos that you like, making sure they are new in your niche and using engaging text with them.

This is how I've done it with 4 accounts, I stopped posting on my first account for a month and every single engagement was gone. I had 4.5k followers gained in 1 month on that account but I can tell you when you stop posting you have to accept that that will kill your whole account.
It is extremely hard to "resurrect" an account even with high followers.

seems like a shadown ban, ask someone else a friend or a familyu member to search your account or a post if they can find any of the accounts or can't see your posts you are shadow banned because is really weird, if is a shadown ban you need to wait until is removed usually is a week, maybe you got hit due to system detected you as a spam bot, so like other post, interact with your followers, follow other accounts and let's see if that helps if not new account plus private browser and different device.
