Eveyrthing is removed by reddit.

this is the spam pipeline doing its thing. five minute removal = domain blacklisted, thirty minute shadowban = account flagged for review. even aged accounts wont help if you drop a burned domain cold. karma gains dont equal behavioral trust. need redirect layers or way more warming before links.
 
1. If you use active URL try to add domain name + space and "com/org/io/etc..."
2. If your domain name is blacklisted, buy a new domain and add a redirect from it to your desired domain name (or affiliate link if it is the case)
3. Accounts with low karma or with bad proxies will have even non commercial comments deleted by reddit, that means you need at least 15+ comment karma and a clean proxy (not in spam bases)
 
Using high quality residential proxies and warming up accounts with organic comments first usually help avoid auto removals
