Everything shows that I have 0 backlinks

Everything. Market Samurai, Traffic Travis, random online checkers show that i have NONE backlinks. All of my pages are indexed. I have bought a few thousand (~5000) good quality backlinks and about 20,000 low quality backlinks... All links are about 2-3 weeks old. When i check manually for the links, they are indexed by G., yet every single program shows 0. Oh, and this is for 2 different sites from different niches on different hosting.

Why?! Do I have to wait more?

Is my SERP actually going to change once they show up in Market Samurai?

tried checking in google webmaster tools ?

Ah, yes. Forgot to mention that. I did check and there also nothing shows up.

Also - I've got about 30 .edu/.gov links(both do-follow and no-follow), which also can be found in google, but not in any backink checker.

try seomajestic, my fav and always a working tool to check backlinks~ ;)
 
Don't worry if the sites/programs don't show ur backlinks.I'm sure Google would have found may of 'em, give it some more time and it should show up in Webmasters.
 
i think it will take sometime as it did happens to mine..
took around 2 weeks before all the backlink starts to appear
 
Be patient and all will show up gradually.
 
Crawling of your backlinks can take time, just be patient.
From few days to few months (in my experience)...
