    Hi everyone
I have been a member of AC for a little while now
i've left it to pursue some other income sources but it paid for a nice vacation with my gf this summer.

Many newbies with AC are currently having problems with submission and i see redtide helps out everyone here. He seems like a stand up guy (i lurk from time to time :p) and i wrote an ebook on AC as well. I remember a certain redtide asking me a question on dp about it but not buying. :p i guess he was making his book at the time.

But to get to the point here
AC has become a lot harder to get good upfront payment offers or to even get your article accepted than it was before. My upfront offers have decreased and i notice that my upfront offers have fallen (i have been lazier so maybe thats just it :).

I don't know about redtides ebook or what he says in there (and i don't wanna give away any BIG secrets here that he may use to sell his ebook so i am going to keep the tips short and simple). These may be right or wrong but this is what i have seen and experienced with my few months on AC
    .

    1. Get rid of your rejected articles from your page- my accounts with the rejected articles on it always get lower upfront payments than those with the rejected articles deleted. This deviation happens with articles similar in topic and function.

    2. Resubmit your articles - it seems like either these people who do the editing are bipolar or there is a large variation in how and who accepts the articles. I have had an article rejected outright for being too common get an upfront payment of 3.58 a couple weeks later. But its a good idea to delete it from the page and do a FRESH resubmit.

    3. Don't Try to reword PLR - unless its a very specific article with/on a specific item (eg. sony ericsson k800 web browsing review) it doesn't make sense. You are going to get rejected or end up with an upfront of $2.00 +/- $.50. I would suggest you mix the PLR's (combine relevenat information from different PLR's to get a super unique one or change the focus of the PLR to something specific) or get a tool like instant article wizard (browse for it here on the forum) where you can combine info from like 5 different articles to create a new article.

    4. If you use DNS, do not only spellcheck the articles, you have to READ the articles to make sure they are grammatically correct. Some words like bear/bare/beer will be transcribed by DNS and pass spellcheck but totally make you and your article look stupid, if they see you doing this too often, the upfront payment suffers.

    5. When outsourcing- for the first couple of weeks always proofread what your rewriters/writers are giving to you. From my experience at the start the quality is VERY high and deteriorates drastically, especially if they have a goal that they reach (like they want to buy an ipod etc)

    6. Get involved with the AC community - unless you are clout level 7+, or you have very niche targeted articles with VERY high keyword density, most of the readers of your articles will come from AC. IF you want a high residual income from pageviews, get active within the ac community and raise your clout level. This will also prevent you from getting banned as they seem to be watching new accounts like hawks now, esp is the accounts have consistent submission with little or no promotion.

    7. Titles are EVERYTHING - The first and last page are important for getting upfront offers (i highly doubt they read through every article submitted cause c'mon if writing articles is this hard, can you imagine reading articles 9-5 EVERY SINGLE DAY!). I read a book call how to write an article in 7 minutes, i think its called 7 minute articles or how to write an article in 7 minutes. It was being sold on dp but i believe a search of this forum might come in handy *cough cough.

    8. Create a Blog or website that autoposts your articles and promote the hell out of it to make the residuals pour in, you can also promote each individual article on social network sites to get a huge boost in readership and money from pageviews. If you have an interesting article. BOOM!

    9. This one is weird and i cannot figure out why, the articles that have the lowest upfront offers and are rejected sometimes from upfront offers altogether are ALWAYS the ones that get the most organic traffic and highest pageviews. Maybe its coincidence but the "rare" articles that ac is forcing you to write now, many people are not searching for it. Any General of AC, is this the same for you guys?

    10. Do not fake traffic on AC unless you; have a clout of 7+, are getting organic 250+ views a day, have a blog/website and are faking the referrer :)
thats my hint for the day just search fake the referrer here and you will find the keys. but only do this after you have high clout, active in AC community and know what you are doing or else you will be banned!

    11. Make your account growth organic, it makes sense to give accounts a break sometimes, do not submit 5 articles a day to it like clockwork without promoting even a few of them, you are just begging for a ban (esp if you link all your AC accounts to your paypal account).

    12. Every day set your goal, and write it down, visualize it and get it done. Writing articles is hard and sucks when you wanna watch tv or have work to do but when the money comes in (which it definately will) and the RESIDUAL money comes also, then it will all be worth it.

    13. Buy Redtides book :p It seems like it REALLY helps you make you a better writer for AC and many people here have very high opinions of it and my GOD, you are gonna make the money back in one DAY! its a no brainer! I only wish i did not have to learn all of my lessons on AC the hard way
    :(

Why did i just make this SUPER LONG POST?
I am now a newbie in website creation and google is not indexing my %#&@*!$ site and i remembered the frustrations and annoyances that i had with AC and wanted to save people the trouble with a quick reference guide.

If it helped, thank me mehn :p
peace out and good luck everyone

Good post. Reinforces a lot of AC standards that tend to wane as the month comes to an end.

I'm impressed by your post RRamirez. Not because you recommend my guide but because you took a methodical approach to AC, which is totally key. I'm surprised you didn't get involved in my thread because we could have bounced ideas off each other.

You've covered the things we've talked about well, but while it does work when done just right, I wouldn't put my high clout level accounts in jeopardy by faking the referrer. I just wanted to clarify for people to be extra careful with it if they take that risk. Anyway, best of luck with whatever you dive into mate.

    Cheers

    hey redtide
yea i know, i should have but i was busy doing some applications and interviews and crap for school during the summer (and vacation :D, totally paid for by AC) and read a few posts on your 30 dollars per day thread.

another thing that i find my self doing is procrastinating by trying to find methods to make it easy or automated like spinners etc. I find that the less time you spend at BHW (even though staying here and reading posts is fun), the less AC work you get done unless outsourcing

As for faking the Referrer, i agree that unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing to leave it alone, and to fake at MOST 20% of your general traffic over the course of a month and spread the traffic through your articles to stay under the radar. and promote them.

    The post is amazing RRamirez...
It does give a lot of info even for people already involved in AC.

I completely agree with the 9th and 13th tips.
One of my articles that got a pretty low upfront payment compared to others, has the most number of page views!

And about redtide's e-book, i strongly recommend it to everyone who want to make some serious money. It has a ton of information and answers all your doubts about surviving in AC. And his support is just fabulous... its hard to find such people these days! redtide rocks!!

A topic is too common that AC offers to publish the article for a low upfront or for performance payment only. But also because the topic is too common, many people search for and about it, hence the large number of page views. :D

yes preedge but the fact remains if there is so much traffic there for it and so much people searching for it, then your should get theoretically a higher upfront. since after all they get paid through the number of people going to your article.

So if a topic is highly searched and they know they then those articles should essentially be the ones with high payments.

eg. IF i write an article on beer manufacturing at a specific plant in germany, i get a $4.00 upfront but i get 10 view a week. I write an article on grapefruit diets, no upfront but 100 views per week. if they get paid from ads, why wouldn't they pay more for the more viewed stuff.

i understand saturation and stuff but hey internet searches are not equal :p

Thanks for the tips RRamirez. I've been trying to get my business in order so to speak with AC and article generation. Don't you have an affiliate link to redtides book?

    no i'm not an affiliate
    LOL
i've never actually read it in fact
but the guy is a wizard of AC from what i've seen here on his thread (the one with 5 stars) and probably knows more about AC that some of the people that work there.

and the information in that thread is pure gold, but going through it now would be a pain since it prob has a million pages.

and he himself says the book has lots more tips and tricks than in the thread
so i would advise you to send him a pm and buy it
plus for the cost, it really is a no brainer to save yourself the time and frustration of trial and error.

I'm moving away from AC since I got deffered acceptance to medschool so i am trying website creation and incentivized CPA to make some residual income for the next 5 yrs (since i will not have time to write articles and outsourcing right now needs a lot of time and patience with these rewriters).

I make about 9-15 dollars per month on 3 accounts with AC from a nice amount of pageviews, but instead i am going to see how much i can make by doing the promotion with my own websites.

IMHO AC is the best way to make some fast quick money for international people to pay for other business costs like hosting and domains etc (if you outsouce though, you can really make a killing from it).

But PM redtide, he seems like the rarest of the rare on the internet
someone who is willing to help newbies succeed

Reading your posts and seeing your detailed approach to monetizing AC makes me really wish we were brainstorming together on it...we could have made a killing ;)

Again, my apologies for getting off to the wrong foot over at DP. I took you as just another yodle trying to pass off crappy material because I hadn't seen you active in this subforum. I can tell you know your stuff and I was mistaken, so again I apologize RRamirez.

All the best with medschool btw.

    Regards

    hey redtide, thanks a lot
i think you are one in a million btw with helping people

i see soo many people go
"you want help, buy my ebook" but you seem to be the exact opposite of that
I wish you continued success with AC

Its sad that we never got to work together but at that time i really was doing about 100 different things at one time (applying, interviews, student loans etc) so i probably would not have been much help to you.

No problem mate...always glad to help.

I hear you regarding going in a million different directions. It probably would have been hard to sit down together and find the time to make things happen. ;)

Again, best of luck with your schooling and check in when you have the time to let me know how you're doing.

    Cheers,

9-15 dollars per month from 3 accounts? wtf, what country are you in where that would be an amount to be proud of and how are you getting so little out of 3 accounts?

lol the OP is referring to the backdoor performance payments from his page views, not the upfront payments where you make 95% of your income with AC.

    Thanks RED

    Madblacker
its between 9 and 15 dollars each based on accounts that are totally SELF Promoted
except for a little free traffic (create a free account and let it fly) and blanked/faked ref
which i think is pretty good
I do not wanna state how i get the free traffic b/c ac seems to be watching this thread but a pm should yield some interesting results.
and i do prob like 1% of what can be done with that but i just wanna stay under the radar for now and make more accounts but i am busy with website creation.

cause if you can have 10 accounts, thats 150 per month for doing JACK
and lemme tell you, i could use 150 a month :p
