The only real way to avoid it would be them sending their full list of pbns to moderators and they would check on a 6 month basis. But yhats extremely time consuminh so it would have to be done on some sort of automated system to do the verification and mods would manually verify the positive(penalized) results. Such a system shouldnt be hard to code since the checks it would do would have to be quite basic

The problem would be proving that the links/service is causing the issue as there are other factors that could go into a site being penalized.

Yea I realize that but making sure the sellers have a constant supply of actual quality should be moderated aswell, at least in terms of PBNs since it's one of the most popular types of services in BHW. As time goes on it's more likely for more and more PBNs to be penalized, thus it's important to keep track of it in my opinion, at least, if our wish is to keep BHW marketplace in top-of-the-line quality.

As mentioned before, there are a lot of ways to detect if a website is penalized and even very archaic methods which are easy to code would be better to find at least some of a seller's penalized PBN vs having no sort of filtering and just allowing some sellers to keep selling links on penalized PBNs for several years.
 
There are tons of sellers on BHW. Part of them will keep their services updated for as long as they have customers, on the other hand, there are sellers that as the time goes, they will accept MORE orders than their maximum capacity. What happens next? Instead of their "maximum 25+ links obl" and "niche relevant" stickers, they will end having 70+ obl on each of their blogs/sites with mixed content.

A blog/site with posts like: 'game, game, porn, gambling, game, people and society, gambling' will surely make your website get penalized/deindexed sooner or later. That is why you should always ask for samples and use the report button once you notice something wrong with a particular service, so that some of the moderators re-check whether the quality of the service is as advertised.
 
may you buy low-quality links for a cheap price, check the backlinks whether that's quality or not?

If you buy links package from a guy. The only thing you they ask is what keywords you want to improve. I doubt you can get that one wrong, and even if you do .. shouldn't penalize your website. If it does, is a problem of the service. I think he's right to moan, he paid and for bad results. Imagine you go to fix your teeth and then they fall down. Bad luck, don't moan. You see, you don't wouldn't like it as well ..
 
never had any issues with services ive purchased here. thankfully!
 
Penalty from social signals? Sounds odd, but what do I know. I'm guessing your site was of really low quality with thing content?

so far all our tests proved that social signals can not raise a penalty, so its clearly another thing that caused the penalty. you need to investigate that further !
 
Because people here search for money. not for help you. for 2 years experience here, it's better only buy content. never buy link,pbn,or whatever. it's not help you.
 
what are the things you bought here? which provider/services?
