Be careful out there. I've noticed a large influx of "Agency" accounts in the last few weeks. Be it Newbie or Marketplace Seller/Jr Vip accounts. You should definitely open a Dispute Resolution, submit the necessary proof and hope to get things sorted out with the Staff and the accused.
