EVERY SERIOUS BHW MEMBER NEEDS THIS

I can testify it works even though monk mode isn't what I've been calling it. Perfect name for it.

My own most effective monk mode took about one month which propelled me to banish negativity, distractions by saying no to the opposite sex (most of my distractions come from this), and stress.

I smoked more than I drank alcohol, meditation was literally 5-20 minutes. Everyday mostly in the morning. Daily fruits I never skipped or at least not 48 hours without grapes, bananas or apples. At least 11 to 20 pushups every morning, self eye therapy training my binocular vision to focus on an object better.

Then boom! I saved up enough to rent an apartment and stopped living with my aunty. Finished and sorted all within a month, I moved in. Just this year itself.

My challenge is having enough will power to keep your mind focused well enough during this period. It's amazing. Literally it's 'fuck you' to all every damn thing that aren't bringing you closer to your goals.

At first it may feel a bit boring but when you are two weeks into it already, it becomes easier and elevating. That's my experience.

Now I got a bigger goal to hit this year. And I need that same monk mode focus that initially propelled me into independent living. Need to relocate out of my current geo (shthole) to Europe soonest. Will power, where are you again?

Wish me luck.

Same here man
I've got big things to achieve
I believe we will achieve our goals if we put in the work

It changed my entire trajectory. Have picked many things back up since

I've heard about monk mode a lot recently, first heard about it in 2021. It is good when done properly and as Iman says in the video you give yourself that 'break' to reap the benefits of the efforts you put in.

Sounds good. So basically it's about staying away from alot of previous daily activity, staying indoors mostly and committing to a project?
I read deep work and they suggested about the same things to really be creative.
