Do you think you're the best scammer?
NAH PayPal is better than you .
PayPal takes all money of digital & replica products sellers.
Some friends got their PayPal account limited and their money hold for 180 days.
Guess what??
After 4 months all the money on their balance gone to PayPal . And the reason is, their money are illegal.
The right thing that they ( PAYPAL ) should do is refund all the money to the buyers. But no they take all the money for themselves.
( Also on the activity . It shows money are sent to PayPal )
PayPal are the best scammers ever!

For sure,No one can be worse than Paypal today.Okay Banning an account is still fine,Stealing that Money from the Banned Account is so crazy lol.

This is how they become Billlionaires:)

It's 2021, Paypal's practices are well known, this is nothing new for anybody in IM in any shape or form.

On another note, if anybody is actually a scammer, I hope karma catches up to you because you suck.

You are on a roll with high quality posts..... ehhhhmmmmmmm

When you sign up for a PayPal account, you accept the user agreement. In the user agreement there's a section called "Actions We May Take" and under that you can find this:
  • If you are a seller and you violate the Acceptable Use Policy, then ... you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal's damages caused by your violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. You acknowledge and agree that $2,500.00 U.S. dollars per violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated because, due to the nature of the violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to calculate. PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing balance in any PayPal account you control.
It's their platform, their rules. Before sellers go behind their backs, they should get themselves familiar with the risks.

When you sell digital services, especially replicas, you take a risk. If you want to talk about scammers, replica sellers are scammers by default. They're scamming the original brands out of their profit, they're ruining brand image and they're scamming governments too out of taxes.

And why should PayPal refund the buyers? It's one thing that they're buying something, which is not allowed to be sold via the platform, but buyers receive the goods/service, even if it's some fake replica shit, they ordered. The deals are completed. If they aren't receiving their order, they can just ask for a refund normally.

Paypal is crap and worst when it comes to hold money and later make the account limited. Unfortunatley, we don't have similar option in the market so use it wisely.

Something to keep in mind, any moment your money stored in PayPal, it's never safe. They may decide to close your account for the smallest reason that they can find even if it's false in your opinion.

So try to withdraw as much as possible, don't hold big amount of money on PayPal for too long.

There is one essential rule with gaypal - don't store any money there, withdraw all imediately after receiving them

Once we create the account's on any site, we accept their rules.
Does PayPal abuse their power?
That's the right question...

Maybe we should ask the buyers to open a dispute and PP has to refund them.

I have done that with a stealth account I was using. All was well till I got a few small payments, but when I started accepting big payments, they blocked everything and asked for ID verification. They even blocked me for offering a refund, so I mailed everyone to open a dispute, as I knew it won't let me access again.

They held the refunds for 30 days and buyers got their money and they ordered again on a new account.

So, if something happens to your PP accounts, ask all your customers to open a dispute and arrange for other payment modes, they will be happy to pay you in exchange for a store credit or a discount for future orders. It's okay if a few of them don't pay you, instead of PayPal holding all the money.

all the money goes to Elon Musk's pocket so he cans launches more rockets lol

Mind blowing how some sellers on here still only accept PayPal
