Evergreen niches/methods to invest $100k in?

Hello - I am hunting for niches or methods where I can comfortably invest $10k to $100k into, hire a team to do it for me, and print. If you have any ideas, post them below.

Do ads... Farm fb and google ads accounts. Make a system where you can do this on a daily basis with the right tools and sources - antidetect browsers, vcc, sms verificaiton, emails, etc..

It is worth it and will not cost you more than $10k to have around 200 working accounts.

Tiktok ads seem to be a good route to profit from.

well 100k thousand dollars then I have an idea that you go into the gambling niche, your advantage in money has already crushed everyone else.
What you said above is correct, but make sure you know what niche to make money with your channel. Where I have a team that makes YouTube about military-related knowledge, but they sometimes also mention other things, quite broadly but mainly focus on the military. The revenue from views is not enough, so they also advertise some branded products on the channel. Anyway, it's a pretty good idea if you get good revenue from views
