Ever bought a site from Sitepoint?

Has anyone ever bought an established/premium site from sitepoint?

There are a ton of sellers asking 50k for pretty mediocre sites.

But there are a number of sites getting bids.

Eg this pretty average adsense site:

Makes me think 1. how much work it'd take to make a living flipping these types of sites and 2. if its worth buying these types of sites, build them up more and resell for profit.

I think it has potential but I'd rather go to a different path..

Yea, I've purchased 3 established sites on sitepoint within the last year or so. total $7,500. The 3 sites still makes me money today. bought two adsense, and one clickbank site. The clickbank site generates the most revenue.

I do buy websites from Sitepoint on regular basis....blv me there are few GEMS out there....

yeah there seems to be, the question is finding them and sifting through the crap. i think 95% of sites there are rubbish and/or the seller is lying or tricking people into buying it. i want to find quality sites with real stats and earnings..
