Yeah, with family, Walking Street is definitely not the place to go. But there are plenty of beautiful beaches and island you could check out instead. Places like Jomtien Beach OR Krabi island.

Went there couple weeks ago too. Friendly place, positive vibes. Bangkok is okay, just another big city.

Pattaya and Phuket are super. Stay near the beach and walk around at sunset.

Their food is an acquired taste. Once you like it, you will love it. For me my options are limited because of my vegetarian diet.

Phuket is nice. Bit more posh than Pattaya. Nice water activities.
