Trust me guys I tried everything. I even talked to a few experts on this and they said there was nothing that they could do. It is a new form of ransomware that has not been found out yet.

I suppose what they meant is : getting your files in an external storage then formatting windows then re stocking your files in your computer won't work.
But if you give up on ur files and format it u'll be fine, but lost files :/
It sucks knowing that you got a damn ransomware, wish i could help but i'm no expert, hope u get out of this soon.

Thanks but I actually had a friend hook me up with a key already and installed windows for me. He actually did everything for me. Thanks bro.

Hey, quick question...
If I use Drop box or g drive to backup things, would this Ransomware screw those files also or would I be safe?
I think these services have version storage right? So this would help?
I keep all my important files on cloud services... I use several (because of space shortage) and separate them per context of file...
But I don't do any external backup (like in an externa HDD, for example).
What do you think?

You would be screwed but with a chance to roll back (version storage) within 30 days (if you are using the free version of the dropbox)
Dropbox and other cloud storages sync your files so any new changes in the files after the ransomware strikes will be synced as well.
Keep hard back up of important stuff if possible.
