Eventbrite news aggregator question

I have learned google gemini is treating eventbrite like a news aggregator and has been for years. My problem is a competitor is fully aware and posting / hosting tons of fake events on this platform to spamdexing the feeds, AI and etc with fresh content. Is there anything I can do about Eventbrite.

The company itself does not care and supports the deceptive behavior and has been for years. If the company does not care they host fake events but this is being exploited, what can I do?

I already tried contacting them.
