I hope i write this in the right section and sorry for my englisch but i guess its enough to understand.
At first its not directly about Webdesign but i just need ur experience, if my idea works in generall.
Where i am living, every Town got his own event calendar. There u can see wich partys u can expect the next days in that town.
I guess these kind of Webpages are already really old. They startet with this 15 years ago but they still working and doing some profit.
So I know a Country where the whole internet thing is still undeveloped. The People use a lot of Socialmedia and nearly everyone got a smartphone but the young people still use Facebook a lot for example.
It is really interresting in general because there is a lot of potential in Future. At the moment it is really hard to buy something online because they dont have a good working Post System.
So Dropshiping or something like this wont work right now but the people there really love to make Party and go out in the night.
I got the Idea to start a page with an eventcalendar. The Page should be for the locals but also for tourists. So the main Function should be the Calendar to have a quick overview where to go. Then i also want to add some Descriptions and Advices for good restaurants, Bars, clubs, Hostels, Hotels, Cultural places, Museums like everything where u can go in a town.
It is also possible in the Future to have some partyphotographers for better PR. I couldnt believe it but also in Europe we still have that partyfotographers in 2022. I knew this guys from 10-15 years ago and thought today noone like this anymore but im wrong.
At the end if u got enough traffic than u can start selling advertisment to the local business owners.
It is a long term project but i think it is worth it or am i wrong and in 2022 with Tripadvisors Tik Tok and like endless ways of Plattforms its just outdated ?
I have just low webdesign skills and no programming skills.
The idea was to start with the Calendar and to copy the maximum i can find out of other Socialmedia plattforms.
Is there any option to do an event calender mostly automaticly. Am i Allowed to Copy Facebook events in my own page
