EVEN WIERDER SHIT

So I bought this monetized channel on May 5th logged in and changed some few details about three days later . But all of a sudden i woke up today to check my analytics and I got this message.

And when i click on proceed it takes me to a login page and after entering my log in details, this is the message i recieved

Please does anyone have experience with this kind of situation?
I have tried checking on YouTube for solutions but all the videos are in Hindi

Your account got marked as suspicious, tell the original owner to fix it for you as he is the one that had access before you did. After purchasing it, did you revoke all access from previous owner and generate your own backup codes and setup 2fa auth?

Yes i change the 2fa phone number
i don't know anything about backup code (can you please explain?)
