I am looking to do

10-15 web 2.0 properties to my money site

AMR blast (200 live links) to my money site

Socialbookmarking and another AMR blast to web 2.0 properties

Scrapebox 10K AA list blast to the socialbookmarks, AMR and web 2.0 properties.

Look good or look like it could be bad?

Make those 10-15 web 2.0 part of a 2-tier (or even 3) linkwheel and you 're set.

I.e L1 : 4 sites, L2: 10
or 3-6-6 .
L1 links to money site and does NOT interlink. L2 interlinks and maybe links to money site. Same for L3. Play around and see what 's better for you.

So Tier 1: Web 2.0 properties (maybe 3?)
Tier 2: Web 2.0 properties, high PR profiles?
Tier 3: Social bookmarks, AMR blast?
Tier 4: All of the above?

Should my anchor texts rotate or be the same for 1 KW?
 
Looks pretty good. Depending on the competition you might have to repeat the process a couple of times (or even do this on a weekly basis).
 
My linkwheels are web 2.0 propertes only. I rotate anchor text only for L2 and above and then only conservatively.

You can enhance the linkwheel by sprinkling bookmarks,pings, sb blasts,xrumer profiles on the web 2.0 properties (NOT on the money site).

looks good if you have the money you could buy a couple aged domains and self host them to create your tier one. That way you control the domains that all your link juice is flowing to.
