Don't worry about USDT being banned in Europe. Just install Cryptomus. They operate under a Canadian license when converting crypto to fiat and partner with Mercuryo. You'll be able to withdraw your USDT easily; for Europe, that transfer will look like a regular fiat transaction.

You can also exchange your USDT for fiat yourself through Cryptomus's P2P service. So, two options there. But you will have to go through the KYC/AML procedure. You know, that's standard for any "white-listed," licensed platform.
