Hi!
Does anyone know in which euro countries you have to attach bank account to paypal account?
I know that UK and Netherland has to attach bank acc, but i dont know how to find out about other euro countries.

Check the PayPal terms and rules on their website...

Yes ... it is a PayPal rule not a bank rule. Might depend on local law but PayPal is the info source;.

I searched thru paypal i couldnt find about in which countires i have to attach bank account and in which not..
And anoithert question for example if i make a russian paypal, can i sell on ebay.com? Will it ask me to confirm a USA number which i do not have or something like that?
