I'd do it but I'm mainly a Clickbank fan and Clickbank don't allow you to promote by using game title keywords e.g. "German vs England Euro 2012 Watch Live".

You could create football related website, then post betting tips or some preview, news, then you could monetize with sport betting affiliate. There are a lot of money in this niche. PM me if you want some affiliate program suggestions of trusted sportsbooks.

Site acts as escrow and takes percentage.
Members can bet between eachother on events.
"$10 he misses this penalty"

House take 10%
Misses the penalty =$1
Scores = $6
That was the vehicle of one of my first ventures.
Made good money.

I was a Betfair Affiliate for a while and would recommend them.
Could also try Bet365 as I imagine they pay quite well due to the fact they spend huge amounts on TV ad's.
Failing that, Paddy Power are worth a look too and they have decent specials.
