Yah, I'm not really saying the turks and russians will lose or anything but they have some mountains to climb over. I definitely wouldn't count either of them out, especially given their track records in this tournament.
I do think we will see a bit higher paced games during the second half's. First half is always the "feel you out, I don't want you to score on me" half.
I love seeing the games go to the shootouts but I'd like to see some goals during regulation.

I would sure like to see a Turkey - Russia final at the end.
It would be something out of the ordinary and we would really see some real offensive football all the way!

poor turkey... Damn they played hard and better for most the game... Very unfortunate... Spain v Russia is going to be fantastic... If Russia play anything like against the Dutch they will win I think! Should be good either way!

Russia won't be the same team again.
I think this match is going to be a good.
I really2 hope the winner of this match, will win the cup.

i was hoping for Turkey, well my money said Germany, but my heart said Turkey... tonight it's going To be the team with the best passing scheme in the tournament, Spain against the full throttle Russians. Today both heart and money says Spain, but those sneaky Russians, I really like what I see and as I said before, 2008 is the Russians year...
If Spain wins, then hopefully they will beat Germany with 2 late goals after playing 1-1 in the first half

I don't think there is the third place in the Euro Cup Competition.
They only look the champion (best of the best).

Game time is getting close...
I believe this is going to be a very close match up.
I wasn't extremely impressed by the showing of Spain against
the Italians. Sure Italians play extremely tight D but still
I wasn't too impressed.
I actually think the Russians might squeak this out.
However I think it will be a real battle and might go
into penalties.
I hope it doesn't though, I always like a game to be settled
in regular time. But watching PKs is fun too
Either way... may the best team win.
