EU warehouse - Sweden VAT

Hello! Last week did Sweden's postal operations together with the customs an agreement that all packages coming from China should be taxed at $15 regardless of the value.

So I'm looking for a supplier that has a warehouse in EU.
For here in Sweden we have free VAT between all EU countries.
Do you have any tips?

is the postal free and your pocketing the $15 cash.

surly you done no deal this grate....

say I order heavy car parts you get them to uk vat free and only $15 posted to my home?
