Google claims there is no advantage to the .com TLD but it is so commonly used by successful businesses that it has strong correlation with rankings. It is a likely candidate for correlation != causation. But if you are weighting .eu versus .biz keep in mind that .eu has a regional context that may impact your global rankings.

.eu is good to use and it’s also one of the popular domain extensions. However, it is continent specific domain name. If you're into the Europe stuff, it will be the best choice. Remember that nothing is wrong in using the different domain name extensions (Domain extension doesn’t matter for SEO) all we have to do is to create original quality content.

If you are targeting outside of europe just stick with .com..... .eu would only be good for just europe. In terms of rankings I'm not sure it matters at all.

EU is a region Specific Domain.... if you are targeting Europe Then Go fo EU .....
if you want to sell your Business in whole World then go for .COM domain
if you want to sell your Business in whole World then go for .COM domain

When choosing domain extension you have to consider your location. If your target market is Europe, then choose EU.
