They want all crypto transactions to include full information about the sender.

Yeah, as if BTC, ETH and everyone else were going to update their blockchains so that every transaction also included the sender's KYC.

Currently on darkweb only crypto is being used to hire pedophiles, terrorists and criminals. Those who say its nothing deserve their daughters to be sold on darkweb.

I called it back in May. It makes perfect sense if you think about it. Note that they aren't planning to ban crypto/digital asset wallets, only anonymous such wallets.

You can create as many wallets as you want without ever showing an ID card to anyone. If you buy BTC, or any other crypto/digital asset, off a decentralized exchange, you are effectively anonymous. Currently, most exchanges demand ID card, etc., but crypto assets have been circulating for over a decade now, so it's safe to assume a great percentage of the crypto/digital assets in existence are not under any legal exchange's custody. Ergo, dirty crypto can circulate freely. The only solution is to build a system that marginalizes dirty crypto/digital assets by sounding an alarm whenever they are linked to legal custodians. From this it follows that some criteria will have to be used to discriminate between legal and illegal crypto, and of course anonymity is a big part of that.
