It happened so that my current host started to make me nervous because of bad customer support and downtime.
Most of my clients are located in EU, Germany. I need stable server with 450 gbs of space, 4 gbs of RAM and 5000 gbs of bandwidth, Windows.
    Any recommendations please?

    Thanks in advance.

What is the refund policy during the trial period? Most providers’ trials are not truly free – you’ll end up paying for the service, but get your money back if you are unsatisfied. That said, what does that refund entail?

    Hetzner.de
HostEurope.de - great support I use them for multiple Clients, Germany company, datacenter in France (datadock) but German privacy laws aply
webtropia.com - some of my buddies are very happy with them

For more Enterprise related hosting I would recommend plusserver.de or syseleven.de
I had a talk with plusserver guys @ the cebit very competent guys,
and syseleven is a buddy of my old boss, those guys just rock

You could check out webhostlist.de with translation, largest webhost comparsion portal in Germany.

If someone does manage to hack their network and servers, what is their guarantee of being able to restore your data? What measures do they have in place for this?

I only now that for Hosteurope, depends on your contract (anual or monthly), iirc it's 4 or 6 weeks before period end you have to send your termination notice.
Hosteurope, hetzner and Webtropi should all have their TOS available in english.

The other two are almost only enterprise providers with custom offers, feel free to contact them.
