I do have an agency but it’s me who does everything in terms of programming. I am not that costly to hire.
I can do it for you in react native (using expo).
I am not from EU. I don’t charge 100 euro/hr. I will do it for $40/hr.
ps I already have done expo projects and I can show you live app in play store/app store that I have done. I can take care of the deployment as well in app store/play store.
