Can i hold money on wise ? Or it is platform just for sending?
You can hold funds in Wise and you can accept up to $3m ( I think is the total ) in one transaction.

The best thing for Business European Accounts to receive and send money = Wise (up to 1M€ - per year); connectpay (just for wires inside EEA up to 10M€ per year) and what I won't recommend and others recommended you is: REVOLUT. Revolut Business or PRO is not an option because they have no support - only a chatbot in the chat area.

I personally use Revolut I love it, extremely fast support too.
Where buy European bank accounts? Now that secondeye is closed id difficult.

Buying an account? you can either open a bank account or you cant.
They dont ask to make a video of myself with my ID card in my hand? Funny what banks ask people these days. Just send the docs?
This account is to make payments, everything legal, not to receive stolen money or something like that. But I dont want use my personal account.

Depends on how large/frequent your transactions are. If you become a 'busy' customer for them, they will eventually ask for that.
