I am in need of a European bank account and/or credit card processor to accept payments for a legit but high risk business. We can use a low risk business to mask our high risk business if needed to get us approved but would prefer to be honest as looking for something long term and sustainable.

Preference is Germany / Netherlands.

If anyone can assist in this matter I will ensure you are greatly rewarded.

Payoneer offers German and UK bank accounts
 
Forget these virtual money joints. Payeer didnt not have a functioning bank account service available for the past few months and there is no telling if they can or will continue this service at all. No matter when you ask them they always reply "within 2-3 months". No matter who of these joints you google...paypal, payeer, payoneer, neteller...... you will always find that their favourite sport is freezing accounts. All, of course, done under the convenient pretext of KYC and AML. After all, their main concern is to "protect" their clients. Why anyone would do business with these shops is beyond me.

To use a low risk business cover it s the cheapest and fastest way, I should advice you to do it.
If you still want an high risk processor you may want to check with solidpayments or instabill.
