Etsy suspended me after my first listing

Hi, I just posted my first listing yesterday which was related to custom art.

As soon as I submitted the listing, i got a suspended message on my etsy shop.
And at that same time, I got an email for etsy seller registration form.

So was I temporarily suspended for the form to be submitted and reviewed, and if so how long would the form review process take?

Did you asked them the reason for suspension.

It’s not uncommon to get this, just follow the process they give to you
