I had the issue that i forgot to pay my overdue bills, the result of that was that i got my store suspended now. When I saw that I have immediately paid my overdued bills.
The problem now is that on the Support site it says when you pay your overdued bills that your store will automatically get unsuspended after that. This never happened to me, I'm still suspended and dont know where the problem is?
On my dashboard it says also that I have some fees, idk if that causes a problem too but there is no button to pay for them.
I contacted the support but they only told me that they escalated my case to a specialist, that was 2 days ago. Havent heard from them since..
Someone got a similar problem?
