Does anyone know how it works? What are they doing to increase the ranking? It's not favourites and reviews. That's for sure.

Hi, I have used this before, and it did work, BUT, he favorited alot of my items from different accounts, but all of these accounts had favorited the exact same items, there were like 5 of them, they were even favorited in the same order. I also had alot of views on my ad, but I'm not sure if it was him or they were actual views from real people, it threw off my conversions, that coupled with the obvious fake favorites, I just told him to stop whatever he was doing because I was afraid someone would flag my account and report me to Etsy.
