Actually there is no special method anyone can tell you.You should use ready account to start selling in etsy.
No one can give you proper method for etsy account create Last year i created many account 10% was suspended but this year almost 15-20% seller account suspended after created instantly.

Not only real information, you have to change your device, new IP, new bank, new credit card, if your information has already registered and being suspended, change to use another one's, then try again---do not use any you used already.

Yes i probably agree with this, there is no special method that estsy to avoid bans because their part of their securty

4. new pictures of product + description. if its dropshipping products from china edit pics reverse them change name and clear chache
5. new bank you can use payoneer or transferwise

Oh yes, you can definitely avoid those suspensions. All you need is an Elite proxy. Not transparent.. Not Anonymous But Elite Proxies since they are the best when it comes to account creations. Dedicated means that those proxies or proxy devices are dedicated for your use. No one else uses them. If everyone uses them then why not use a free VPN. I hope you're getting my point.
