Etsy marketing? Need Help!

Ok so I have a good product and some great images up on etsy but I only have made about 2 sales in the last few weeks.
Anyone have any experience with etsy marketing, Anyone have any tips for dominating the search function?

Any used any other marketplaces (that are worth it) for craft items?

It's very frustrating when I know these items will sell great if I just got them ranked well.

Also has anyone used there search adverts? I have heard very mixed results with them.

Honestly, I've paid for their ads and it was a complete waste of my time. I have done much better results with running my own etsy macro scripts, I'm about to post them right now

Well I've been the running the script every day for over two weeks now and I havent had one issue at all. If you dont know how to use macros look it up on google,its pretty easy.

Etsy was a waste of time for me, although I never used a sophisticated bots or software with it.
