Etsy/ Ebay account suspensions or bans

Hi all,
So I've bumped into a wee issue with Etsy and now ebay.
I opened a seller account on Etsy which was Al.ist immediately banned without ever listing anything for sale, without any explanation from Etsy.... all powerful Etsy strikes hard
I couldn't get any explanation from Etsy , this account I opened clean , no vpn , no proxi nothing, own bank account. Clean as a whistle yet gone in a few hours.
I'm bumping into the same issue now with ebay.
Clean account banned soon after registration, wtf.
So I've now tried opening a buyer account on ebay uk, on a new mobile phone, with new gmail email. New phone number. Basically everything fresh and clean.
Banned without ever listing anything for sale, straight buyer account!!!
Oh the ebay even had different name.
Anyone have any input here? Any experience of issues such as this?
Please any input would help me to stop banging my head against the seller platform wall!

Are you from Tier3 or something?

I registered my Etsy account while ago (3-4 years maybe).
Just logged in, everything ok.

Maybe your IPs are so bad?
And I have my ebay since 2016
Never sold everything but bought a lot of stuff.

Im in EU.
Something is very wrong with your setup.
Maybe your devices were used for bad things and are kinda blacklisted or something?

That's exactly what I was thinking , strange thing is I've never sold anything on either sites.
The ebay I've only bought on ebay.
And etsy was a new account. I just started setting up to sell , then instantly fell foul of a permanent ban.

Honestly matey you should build a funnel instead of relying on them third party platforms/marketplaces.

Obviously it's more work but the benefits are MASSIVE.

Something you control and have access to buyer/non-buyer information and even better so you can ring/text/email your buyers and non buyers.

eBay and Etsy are good sales channel, but they should just remain that - sales channels.

Focus on building your own funnel and you'll be able to sleep at night and not worry that all your hard work has vanished due to a terms of service violation. Or even seemly no reason.

That seams solid advise to me.
I was thinking along similar lines , maybe putting up a WordPress based store or something similar. Course that puts doesn't give access to these platforms customer base, which really is the only benefit of these platforms.
I've had experience building out WordPress sites but zero experience of funnels could you point me in the right direction with maybe a guide or whatever. I have come across a few but often they have been selling outdated info products.
I'll sleep easier been unbound from the terms and conditions or changing whims of big platforms that's for sure. Anything of the like always comes back to one thing though , traffic. Even a real world store needs foot fall to survive.
With that all in mind what would you recommend as a fledgling starting Out.

Try changing the IP address.
You should also consider creating new browsers profile using antidetect browser Hidemyacc. Because your old browser was used for the suspended account. If you continue to use that browser to create new accounts, they will most likely be suspended

That's fine advise mate, thank you for that. I was thinking maybe a proxy, obviously I would need a stable one that I could use when accessing the platforms.can you input a proxy with hidemyacc ?
