In my niche there's a lot of great products on etsy. I would like to sell some of these products through my own shop. Is there a way to import products from Etsy to a wordpress site similar to Aliexpress + Shopify? Or do I have to contact individual sellers and negotiate a dropshipping deal?

there is software for that. Auto loads your store with your niche and tracks sales.
Google ali express website.

You don't need to negotiate, but you can do it.
Also search on Google or into the forum for these kind of software that import products.
