You'll need details of a real person (that hasn't already been banned), a fresh install of chrome portable & a cleap IP address that can't be linked back to your banned accounts (mobile dongle or tethering works well)

I wouldn't use Nord VPN as you don't know if the IP has been used by someone else with a banned account. IP's from dongles/tethering are treated differently so there is no issues if someone else has been assigned that IP before. If you want to use a VPN I'd suggest buying a fresh dedicated IP.

You could add a 2nd email address to your PayPal account to recieve payments from your new etsy account. I figure it would work but I've not done this before. Are you in a country that uses etsy payments? Customers can still pay with PayPal but you are paid direct into your bank account from etsy rather than having PayPal as a middleman.

Thanks for your reply, I am NOT from a country uses Etsy payment, but i do have LLC registered in the united states and have a US Payoneer bank account and US PayPal acc, that's how i previously created an Etsy store located in the US and was receiving payment through Etsy payments but now after shutting it down i don't think i will be able to make another store located in the US since my US bank account and my LLC Infos were used before, that's why i thought of creating a new Etsy store with only PayPal unless there's a way to successfully use a Payoneer US bank account on Etsy again, also i have no idea about the IP dongles method and have never used it, would you please recommend a video on how to safely implement this method, Thanks.
