Etsy Account Suspension

I had an Etsy account that got suspended about 2 years ago.
I wanted to get back into Etsy this week but whenever I make an account, it gets suspended after 10min.
Would anybody know how to fix this?

Don't use the same IP,PC/LAPTOP and same details.

Don't use the same name, address, computer, internet connection, etc.
