eToro Affiliate - Pay out?

can any one give me some information about etoro?
They pay out the affiliate commision?
Is it interessting to promote? (from germany ;P)

I made the easiest money in my life with etoro and they paid me. However they removed this 2$ per download offer so I am no longer making money with them.

Anyway they pay.

Regarding second question - if you have good method it will be always interesting to promote it.
