Ethics vs. Profit

How do you approach ethics? Do you disregard it when deciding on a niche and creating content, or do you draw a fine line when deciding what is and is not appropriate, even when it is not illegal? I'm interested in hearing your thoughts, as I recently entered the adult niche and am having second thoughts on whether something like this is morally right or wrong. I know there is money to be made in the subniche I've chosen, but I am unsure if I should be putting profits before personal values. What do you guys think?

Ethics are something very subjective and vary from person to person, something normal to me might look like unethical to you and vice versa. Only "you" know where to draw that line.
