When I first started trading ETH, I jumped into every move I saw. The excitement was addictive, but the losses piled up quickly. I realized emotion was driving my decisions, not strategy. Without structure, even a strong coin like ETH couldn’t save me from my own mistakes.

Learning discipline changed everything. I stopped chasing candles and started planning entries and exits. Sometimes that meant waiting hours or days without pressing buy or sell. The patience felt painful at first, but it became the edge I didn’t know I was missing.

Now, I pair ETH trades with stablecoin reserves. It gives me flexibility during volatility and removes the fear of missing out. Stability allows me to act strategically instead of reacting emotionally. The market will always test us, but discipline and a stable foundation decide who survives long term. What drives your trades discipline or emotion?

Most money is made when you're not doing anything. The biggest upswings happen suddenly. If you're able to buy just before those, you don't have to trade many times a year to make decent $

The FOMO monster used to run my ETH trades, now I treat it like a business instead of a casino.
