I remember buying ETH during a breakout, thinking I was early. Minutes later, it reversed, and my stop-loss triggered. Frustration hit hard. That moment showed me how emotions can cloud judgment, making me react instead of sticking to my plan.

Over time, I learned that discipline beats excitement. ETH doesn’t care about my feelings. The chart moves, and my only job is to manage risk and stick to my rules. Emotions make losses worse, while discipline limits damage. When ETH tests your patience, do you rely on rules or your gut?

Trading with feelings is hard. I’ve also lost trades because I acted too fast instead of following my plan. following rules controlling risk and staying disciplined really helps.

Thanks for sharing your story , it’s a good reminder for everyone who trades.

I am not kidding you, I had the biggest losses whenever I made decisions based on my feelings. Never again.

Especially these days, I made a lot of money just with SOL. 2-4 weeks ago it went up and down like in a cycle. Would go to $175 where I would buy, go up to $200 where I would sell, go back to $180, then back to $205, then back to $185-190, then up again.

At this point its just pattern recognition. Do not gamble your money with new coins. These hypes are all temporary. Once you see a coin making 50%+ its already too late, missed chance. For example Avantis or some other coins. If you bought the coin when it was $2 or higher, you had it coming for you. Now its $1,10. Same before with Trump coin, etc.
