Estimated price to get a software like this coded?

Yoyo.

I think I'm gonna hire a coder to code a software that reads huge email;pass-lists and does the following:
1. login at hotmail
2. search for specific word in the inbox, if there's an email found with the word i chosen. eg "new comment", the software should save that email in a txtfile.
4. clear cookies and cache.
5. choose next email.

Must be fast and not using webbrowser control.

What do you think a program like this would cost me if I hire a skilled philippino? :)

wtf steal accounts? that's NOT the purpose.
 
I am not really into programing but it shouldn't be more than 500-750$...
By the way make sure it supports proxies so you don't login in 1000 accounts from the same IP!

Find a ubot programmer
 
Even a foreigner should be able to have that done in an hour. No real engineering needed, you can go cheap.

More thoughts? I mean.. I haven't hired a coder before so I don't wanna get ripped off.

Go on Odesk and find a Ubot developer should be able to do it for $133, but if you want change proxies, and more variations, it will probably cost around $200.
