Estimated Audience Size Dropped 10x+

Hello, I’ve noticed that the estimated audience size has dropped by more than 10x, even though my targeting is set to a broad audience with only location selected. This happens across different campaign objectives, has anyone else encountered this issue recently?

I’m also wondering whether this could be related to a sudden spike in CPM
