Established Firm looking for PPC "Supplier"- Must be Adwords Certified

We own a SEO firm locally, and we are planning to provide our SEM services.

We need a quality "supplier" for us to send orders to.

It doesn't matter if you are a PPC company/freelancer, as long as you are adwords qualified and have a been offering PPC services for at least 6 months.

Conditions are:
- Do not ask for our firm name. We want to be the middleman between our clients and you.
- Show us your previous works- if you have case studies that's even better.
- Documents on your service proposal/contract
- Supplier price.
- State timeline for completion of work and honor it. (Our clients will not tolerate any late submission.)

If you are able to accept the conditions, I promise that our partnership will become a smooth one. I will keep up my orders with you in mass scale.

I'm adwords and analytics qualified with over a year of experience in PPC management - but I'm not sure what you want as a "supplier" do you want me to do the management work? Or are you looking for me to bring you clients for a cut?

I think it's the first but it wasn't very clear.
