Essential software/services for a new start-up business?

Hey, I'm new to running a business and am about to release my product soon. I'll be selling a consumable in the health-niche both on Amazon UK and Shopify.

I already have Followliker to grow my brand social media and Scrapebox to scrape targeted emails to send them my free eBook and info on my product. Also I will pay for positive Amazon customer reviews once I release it.

Can you recommend any essential software programs and/or services one needs when trying to grow their business?

I plan to have a blog which will have weekly posts about my product and niche. Can anyone recommend a good hosting provider for my Shopify site? I bought my domain on Godaddy but want to switch it to something else.

Don't mean to derail your thread but I hope to God that you have the relevant insurance, certificates and testing done for medical consumables or you'll likely be looking at a train wreck down the line.

no no it's not medical consumables haha, don't even know what they are tbh. It's something targeted at vegans.
