I am in process of acquiring android phones which will use to get us mobile proxies, but I would like to know is this setup possible, because if it works actually, I would definitely look into scaling that aswell.
Some software solution providers told me they had clients using bluestacks but they are not sure how its gonna work.

As long as the setup includes real mobile SIM cards and dynamic IP rotation, it should work fine with Dolphin.

I would get ESIM and implement it into bluestacks/android studio via OBS virtual cam by scanning QR code.

That could work in theory, but Bluestacks and Android Studio might not fully replicate a real mobile network environment, and might cause detection issues.

Yeah thats what I was thinking too.
Regarding Dynamic IP rotation, you allude to rotations from iproxy online/or some other software. (we would reset ip whenever we swap dolphin profiles)

Resetting the IP can help, but for real dynamic rotation, you'd want it to reconnect like an actual mobile network.

On emulators I would be able only to rotate trough software or turning airplane mode on/off only
