I wonder how business like airalo, maya, globalyo... work. They all offer some affiliate programs and some of them even reseller programs but i wonder if it is possible to start private esim business.

It requires a substantial initial investment exceeding a million euros. This includes costs for hardware, billing software, securing roaming agreements, acquiring eSIM technology, and obtaining phone numbers. I recommend researching the MVNO.
